•  Depending on the complexity of your project and the number of items in your collection, it may take up to two weeks to receive your initial proof.

•  Delivery of the final design files and/or printed materials will depend on response time to proofs and approvals, as well as current SMF marketing workload timelines.

•  Complex projects may incur an additional design fee. If that applies to your request, we’ll notify you before any work begins.
