Born between 1965 and 1980, Generation X is sometimes considered by some to be an "overlooked" generation in the face of Millennials and Baby Boomers. Even more so than your process, and more than your product, having the right people in place is a must.

Many business owners will often take a look at their business and ask, "how can I grow?".
